Life shapes us in unexpected ways—mine has taken me through profound darkness and overwhelming beauty, teaching me lessons in resilience, self-awareness, forgiveness, and compassion.
My journey has been intensely challenging—marked by severe trauma, betrayal, loss, and pain. Few would have survived what I’ve endured, yet here I stand, no longer running. I faced my trauma head-on, entirely alone, at a moment when support was desperately needed but not given.
Those who could have been there chose to look away because confronting my reality was far harder than ignoring it. When we don’t understand something or feel overwhelmed by it, turning the other way unfortunately is a common reaction. Facing trauma or Mental Health issues can be extremely difficult in a society as disconnected as ours.
I envision a future where we as society come together and support each other rather than allowing untreated trauma, abuse, domestic violence to define us.
Every beat I create, every photograph I capture, every word I write—they’re more than art; they’re my voice, my truth, and my legacy. These creations stem from a raw need to understand a world that often feels senseless. I built this space because I didn’t have something tangible to carry my story forward when I’m no longer here. More importantly, I want others who resonate with my journey, especially those facing similar battles—trauma, abandonment, and profound emotional pain—to know they’re not alone.
If you’re here seeking connection, healing, or just a sign to hold on—welcome. My story is proof that healing is possible, conversations matter, and our shared humanity can break stigma and isolation. You’re not alone. Let’s navigate this journey together.
I’m not a mental health professional. What you’ll find here isn’t advice—it’s lived experience, raw emotion, and the story of survival. It’s proof that even in the darkest moments, there’s still a way to create light.
My story is one of love, pain, trauma, loss and heartbreak — but most importantly how I managed to go through hell and back and come out on the other side. I am a free-spirited dreamer on a mission to spread self-awareness and challenge negative propaganda.
